A dental emergency while away on holiday has to be most people’s idea of a nightmare and then add in Christmas to boot! But we called on 27th December and Dr Andrei saw me 4pm that day, unbeliveable. Couldn’t have got an appointment that quickly back in the UK. The news sadly wasn’t good, a vertical crack straight through my bottom left molar and an extraction was the only way forward. We were on a tight schedule, visiting my godmother who I hadn’t seen in 17 years within a day. But Dr Andrei was amazing and extracted the tooth the very next morning at 9am. I am a nervous patient but felt in very safe hands. He was very professional. His incredibly responsive service has ensured that we were able to enjoy our holiday and not miss meeting up with our family and friends. We are most grateful to him and I would highly recommend him. I had to undergo an emergency root canal, and since it was an unexpected procedure, I was very nervous. Dr. Andrei Tutoveanu was not only terrific at his job and conducted the procedure with ease, but he was also extremely caring and patient throughout the process, which helped calm my nerves.
